What stood out for me was the degree of pelvic rotation you can see Brandon uses in order to throw the bike around in his trademark style. Take a look at the header picture and look at how his pelvis isn’t just leaning over the right hand side of his bike, it’s rotated at nearly 45° degrees from his cross bar. Watch his pelvis throughout the video and you’ll see this pattern repeated time and time again.
This pelvic rotation is one of the secrets, hiding in plain sight, that Brandon uses to achieve moves that appear to defy physics and if you’re not doing this, you need to be.
