Tip of the hat to Matt at the Yeti service desk for first rate service.  I’d heard these guys were good and wasn’t disappointed.

My AS-X frame was made in 2002 and service manuals, logs and information from that period are generally sketchy.  I e-mailed through with a couple of questions and the responses were rapid.
